Refund and Returns Policy
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days after receiving the item.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, you must fit the criteria below and your item must be returned to our warehouse.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns without prior advice from our customer service team will not be valid for a refund.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS/SITUATIONS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE:
- Intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Undergarments
- Change of mind
- Item/s that have been worn/washed/altered
- Item/s that have been with the customer for more than 30 days
- Purchase was given as a gift and the receiver did not accept the item
- Purchase received as a gift ( receiver cannot claim refund/exchange, Only the buyer may process the request )
- Personalized / made-to-order items
To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you return an item to our warehouse kindly give up to 25 business days for the return to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If upon inspection the items show the damage that was not present upon delivery to you then the refund can be denied.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DAMAGED
If the item you received is damaged you have 7 days upon delivery to claim a refund or replacement.
Photo or video proof will be required before receiving a refund or replacement.
If you are unable to provide a photo/video showing the damage then you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT
The colors of merchandise may be different compared to site photos due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.
Clothing patterns may also vary due to differences in body types and sizes.
These situations do not qualify as defects and may not avail of a refund or exchange.
Please contact our customer service team for further assistance on this situation.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If payment was made via Credit card the refund may reflect on your next post date, you may also contact your card provider for further information.
If payment was made via Paypal, the refund should reflect within 3 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
PROMO ITEMS
All promo items such as “pay shipping get item free” are not valid for refunds or exchanges.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Items are only valid for exchange if you received the wrong item or if it is damaged.
A photo or video may be requested prior to processing a replacement item.
GIFTS
If an item was received as a gift, only the person who placed the order may process any return or refund request.
SHIPPING
Returns without prior advice from our customer service team will not be valid for a refund.
Please email service@recommendedgift.com before the return, we’ll provide you with our return address. We do not accept the return package without informing you.
Please send the product along with the product list which includes the Order Number, and Product SKU. Return Tracking No. is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returned parcel.
If the return is applied, we will reply to you within 1-2 business days.
We will refund your money to your original payment account within 7-10 business days after your return package is received and confirmed. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Regarding the shipping costs for returns:
The shipping cost incurred by the return will be borne by the customer (not including serious defects of the product)
